ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College women's track and field team competed at the St. Thomas Tomcat Invitational today.
Senior
Journey Amundson (Iron River, Wis./Northwestern) won the triple jump with a mark of 11.26m (36' 11.50").
Sarah Beth Hobby finished in the top 20 in both the high jump and shot put.
On the track, first year
Sky Theodosopolous (San Francisco, Calif./Bay School) led the Scots in the 1500m run finishing 15
th (4:53.53). First year
Hadley Wilkins (St. Louis, Mo./Whitfield School) took 19
th in the 800m run. Senior
Jesse Colnes (Montpelier, VT./U-32) set a personal record in the 5000m run, with a time of 19:42.32 to finish 20
th.
Macalester's next meet is scheduled for Saturday April 15. The Scots will compete at CSB/SJU Multi in Collegeville, Minn.
