Member of Phi Alpha Theta National History Honorary Society… Awarded the Charles W. Ferguson Prize in Public Speaking in 2022… 2022 APPE Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl National Champion… Co-Captain of the Ethics Bowl team.

Named to the Academic All-District Team and Academic All-MIAC team.
Outdoor
Earned All-MIAC honors with a third-place finish in the Heptathlon with a personal record 4003 points at the MIAC Event Championships on May 2-3… Collected additional All-MIAC honors with a second-place finish (38.52m (126’ 4”)) in the javelin throw at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Logged a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 5.26m (17’ 3.25”) for a seventh-place finish at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

Indoor
Broke the school record in the Pentathlon with 3192 points for a third-place finish to secure All-MIAC honors at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a fifth-place finish in the high jump after reaching the mark of 1.49m (4’ 10.5”)… Finished second in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.69 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17.

Received Division III Academic All-District Team honors, Academic All-MIAC honors and All-Academic athlete recognition from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Outdoor
Collected All-MIAC honors for finishing third in the javelin throw with a personal best mark of 38.15m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a fifth-place finish and personal record 3866 points in the Heptathlon at the MIAC Combined Events on May 4-5… Part of the 4x100m relay team that finished second (50.88) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the Pentathlon for finishing fifth with a personal best 2815 points at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Placed sixth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 10.18 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18… Ran with the 4x400m relay team that earned third (4:26.87) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

Outdoor
Placed eighth at the MIAC Multi-Event Championships on May 5-6... Registered personal records in the javelin throw (34.63m (113' 7")), 200m dash (29.35) and the shot put (9.56m (31' 4.5")) at the MIAC Multi-Event Championships on May 5-6... Part of the 4x100m relay team that finished third in a time of 53.92 at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invite on April 9.

Indoor
Placed third in Long Jump with a mark of 4.58m (15' 0.5") at the Saint John's/Saint Benedict Alumni Meet on Jan. 29... Finished ninth in the Heptathlon at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24... Tallied a mark of 9.01m (29' 6.75") in Shot Put at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24.

Outdoor

Jumped 5.01m in Long Jump at the Rider Bolstorff Invitational on May 1... Registered 31.46m in Javelin Throw at the Rider Bolstorff Invitational on May 1... Ran a time of 1:14.70 in the 400m Hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 15.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
My experience at Macalester has meant meeting amazing people and forming bonds that have already gone outside the barrier of college. It has also meant a tremendous amount of growth and maturing that I otherwise wouldn’t have had the opportunity to experience.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete has helped shape me as a leader and has helped me connect with people within the school and the Twin Cities.
