Received Division III Academic All-District Team honors, Academic All-MIAC honors and All-Academic athlete recognition from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Outdoor
Named All-North Region and MIAC Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week on April 4…  Competed in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships on May 25-27… Earned MIAC Championships in long jump (5.54m (18’ 2.25”)) and triple jump (11.92m (39’ 1.25”)) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Broke the school record in triple jump with a personal best of 11.96m (39’ 3”) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29.

Indoor
Named All-North Region and MIAC Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 21… Placed ninth in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships… Earned All-MIAC honors with a second-place finish (11.63m (38’ 2”)) in the triple jump, a third-place finish (5.25m (17’ 2.75”))  in the long jump and running with the distance medley relay team that placed second (12:45.46) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24.

Received Academic All-MIAC honors.
Outdoor
Earned All-MIAC honors, placing third in the triple jump with a mark of 11.17 meters (36' 7.75") at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14. Registered a personal best mark of 11.57 meters (37' 11.50") at the UW-La Crosse Last Chance Qualifier on May 19... Jumped 5.17 meters (16' 11.50") at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invite on April 9.

Indoor
Won Triple Jump with a season best mark of 10.96m (35' 11.50") at the Saint John's/Saint Benedict Alumni Meet on Jan. 29... Jumped 5.05m (16' 7.00") in long jump at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 12... Member of the 4x200 relay team that finished in 1:51.72 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Earned All-MIAC honors in Triple Jump, placing third with a mark of 10.85m (35' 7.25") at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25.

Outdoor
Finished the 200m dash in 26.36 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 15... Jumped 5.21m in Long Jump at the Carleton Relays on April 17... Registered an 11.37m mark in Triple Jump at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 15... Member of the 4x100m relay team that finished in a time of 51.15 at the Ole Open on May 8... All-Region honors... USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors... Earned Academic All-MIAC honors.

Indoor
Member of the 4x200m relay team that finished in a time of 1:48.32 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 29... Jumped for 10.95m in Triple Jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 29... Registered a Long Jump mark of 4.64m at the UW-River Falls Winter Classic on Feb. 1.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has given me the confidence to tackle anything. I've gained crucial study and organization skills, life changing friendships, and been able to cultivate my passion for track and field.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has fostered my passion for track and field and given me the opportunity to continue competing in grad school! It has also given me leadership skills and a killer work ethic which I will transfer to medical school in the future.
