Outdoor
Ran at six meets for the Scots… Earned All-MIAC honorable mention with the fourth-place 4x400 relay team (3:59.23) and 4x800 relay team (9:35.70) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship on May 9-10… Placed third in a personal record 2:18.86 in the 800 meters at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational on April 24-26.
 
Indoor
Ran at six meets for Mac… Earned All-MIAC honors as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed third in 12:46.83 and earned All-MIAC honorable mention with the 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Won the 600 meters in 1:44.49 at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8… Placed third in the 800 meters in 2:30.60 at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25.

Named to the Academic All-MIAC team.

Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x800m relay team that placed fifth (9:58.34) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the distance medley relay team that placed fourth (12:42.59) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Placed second in the 600m with a time of 1:46.02 and in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:24.17 at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.

Outdoor
Received All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 4x800m team that placed sixth at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13…  Registered a personal record in the 800m at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC honors as part of the distance medley relay team that earned second (12:45.46) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Placed third in 800m (2:26.72) and ran with the 4x400m relay team that placed third (4;26.87) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

Before Mac
Placed sixth at the 2022 Missouri Class 2 State meet in 800m and earned All-State honors… Holds the Whitfield School record in the 800m… Ran the 800m in 2:26.93… Ran the 400m in 1:03.72.
 
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of the strong sense of community and interdisciplinary curriculum. I really appreciate having the opportunity to pursue rigorous academics while continuing my athletic career.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete has developed my teamwork and communication skills, providing me with a strong support system.
