LAST WEEK
The Scots split a pair of conference matches over the weekend, dropping an 8-1 decision, Saturday, at 16th-ranked Gustavus Adolphus before taking a 7-2 victory from Concordia, Sunday.

Aidan Tirpack was Macalester's lone winner, Saturday. After a slow start, he rebounded for a 0-6, 7-5, 12-10 win at three singles.

Sunday, the Scots rolled as they won all three doubles matches and four of six singles matches. Tirpack, Josh Doyle, Sam Naden and Perry Campbell all took part in a pair of wins.

DOYLE BOUNCES BACK
Saturday's loss at number two singles ended a six-match winning streak for Josh Doyle but he rebounded with a 6-1, 6-0 victory, Sunday.

In doubles play, he had won six consecutive matches, five with Wilson Merrell, at two doubles before dropping back-to-back matches versus St. John's (3/29) and Gustavus Adolphus. However, he and Merrell came back with an 8-2 win Sunday.
