Macalester vs. Concordia box score

Macalester collected its first MIAC win of the season when it toppled Concordia 8-1 in Moorhead.  The Scots improve to 5-7 and 1-3 in the MIAC.  Concordia's lone win came at fifth singles.

Mac singles winners were Chris Fowler (Sr., Toronto, Ont. / Royal St. Georges) at No. 1, Evan Elderbrock (Sr., Madison, Wis. / West) at No. 2, Stephen Tyndel (Jr., Toronto, Ont. / City Academy) at No. 3, Max Edwards (Jr., Rochester, Minn. / Mayo) at No. 4 and Max Soghikian (So., Piedmont, Calif.)  in a three-setter at No. 6.

Elderbrock and Lewis Wilcox (Sr., Minneapolis, Minn. / Southwest) won 8-6 at No. 1 doubles, Fowler and Tyndel won 8-1 at No. 2, and Edwards and Soghikian won 8-2 at No. 3.

On Saturday (March 31), the Scots travel to Eau Claire, Wis., to take on Augustana (Ill.) and UW-Eau Claire.
