Macalester vs. St. Olaf box score

Macalester traveled to Owatonna to take on St. Olaf in an MIAC match Friday night and was defeated by a 6-3 tally. 

The Scots claimed wins in three of the six singles matches.  Evan Elderbrock (Sr., Madison, Wis. / West) won at No. 3, Max Edwards (Jr., Rochester, Minn. / Mayo) won at No. 4 and Max Soghikian (So., Piedmont, Calif.) won at No. 6.

The Oles won all three doubles matches and move to 3-0 on the season, 2-0 in MIAC matches.  Macalester drops to 2-3 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Macalester returns to action next Saturday (March 3) against another one of the MIAC's top teams when they play St. Thomas at the U of M Baseline Tennis Center.
