Complete Meet of the Hearts results

Tyson Morgan (Jr., Lewiston, Me.) won the 1000-meter run (2:36.63) and Macalester produced several second-place finishes at the Carleton College Meet of the Hearts in Northfield. The Scots placed third out of four teams in this meet with Carleton, Hamline and Augsburg. This was the team's second meet of the indoor season.

Andrew Yokom (Jr., Arden Hills, Minn. / Mounds View) (23.61) and Kevin Williams (Jr., Jamaica) (23.75) placed second and third, respectively in the 200-meter dash, while Martin Mudry (Jr., University Heights, Ohio) (9:02.44) and Matt Wegmann (Sr., North Oaks, Minn. / Mounds View) (9:09.87) were second and third in the 3000-meter run. Yokom was also third out of 20 entrants in the 55-mer dash (6.74).

Alex Rosselli (So., Columbus, Ind. / North) placed second in the 55-meter hurdles (8.46) and Evan Mitchell (Sr., Minneapolis, Minn. / South) was second in the shot put (43-3 ¼ / 13.19m).

Next up for Macalester is the St. Cloud State Open next Saturday (Feb. 16).
