NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Macalester College women's track & field team closed out the MIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with three more All-MIAC performances, including a MIAC title in the shot put by junior
Tessa Myatt (Chicago, Ill./Northside College Prep), on Saturday at Carleton College. The Scots totaled 59 points to place sixth in the team standings.
Myatt repeated as MIAC indoor champion in the shot put, matching her school-record of 13.22 meters (43-4.5) on her first throw. She is the only Scot to win the shot put at the MIAC Championships in the history of the program. Myatt also posted a personal-best mark in the high jump, clearing 1.54 meters (5-0.5) to place ninth.
Sophomore
Ariella Rogahn-Press (Albuquerque, N.M./Bosque School) had the other two top-3 finishes for the Scots today after winning the 400 meters yesterday. She finished third in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.32, then took second in the 200 meters in 25.44, .02 behind Samantha Munson of Saint Mary's.
Sophomore
Kate Fox (Seattle, Wash./Roosevelt) received All-MIAC honorable mention with a fifth-place finish in the 1000 meters with a time of 3:01.40. The time ranks seventh all-time at Macalester.

Hadley Wilkins (St. Louis, Mo./Whitfield School) and Rogahn-Press finished fourth with a time of 4:01.82, which ranks third all-time in the program's history.
The Scots will send a contingent to the Wartburg Final Qualifier Mar. 6-7 in Waverly, Iowa.
