Outdoor
Competed at seven meets… Earned All-MIAC honors in the shot put with a 12.78 meters and earned All-MIAC honorable mention with the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth (3:59.23) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship on May 9-10… Placed second in the shot put with an 11.94 meter toss at the St. Olaf Ole Open on May 3.
 
Indoor
Competed at eight meets for Macalester… MIAC Champion in the shot put with a school-record 13.17 meter toss and All-MIAC honorable mention in the pentathlon with a 2881 score at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Broke the school record in the shot put again with a 13.22 meter throw at the Wartburg Qualifier on March 7-8… Won the shot put (12.66 meters) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25… Placed second in the 60 meter hurdles in a personal best 9.70 seconds at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21.

2024
Outdoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the shot put with a fourth-place finish (12.32m (40’ 5”)) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11…  Placed fourth in the long jump with a mark of 4.93m (16’ 2.25”) at the Saint John’s Invitational on April 20-21.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the shot put with a fourth-place finish (12.28m (40’ 3.5”)) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Logged personal records in the 60m hurdles and the Pentathlon at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Placed second in the long jump with a mark of 4.62m (15’ 2”) and ran with the 4x400m relay team that earned second (4:24.17) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.
