ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College men's track and field team begins the 2023 outdoor season by traveling to Waverly, Iowa to compete in the Wartburg Outdoor Select. The season culminates to the NCAA Outdoor Championships on May 25-27 in Rochester, N.Y.
 
On April 7, Macalester will compete at the St. Thomas Invite. On April 15 the Scots will participate in the CSB/SJU Multi in Collegeville, Minn. Macalester's next competition will be Saturday April 22 in Northfield, Minn. at the Carleton Relays. The Scots return to St. Paul, Minn. to host the Rider/Bolstorff Invitation on April 29 and then head to Hamline for the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 5.
 
The MIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be hosted by Bethel in Arden Hills, Minn. on May 12-13. Macalester will then have the UW-La Crosse Qualifier in La Crosse, Wis., as a last chance to qualify for nationals.
