Samson Bialostok (Jr., North Woodmere, N.Y. / Lawrence) was 12-for-17 passing for 134 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 77 yards and a score, to lead Macalester (3-5) past Trinity Bible (N.D.) 44-13 in St. Paul.  The Scots led 27-0 at halftime and were never threatened.

Ethan Carpenter (Fy., Plymouth, Minn. / Robbinsdale Armstrong) ran for 93 yards on 10 carries for Macalester.  Bialostok's top target was C.J. Smith (Sr., Ashland, Wis.), who hauled in six receptions for 77 yards and a touchdown.    Place-kicker Auburn Jimenez (Sr., East Los Angeles, Calif. / St. John Bosco) converted field goals from 41, 23 and 31 yards away.

The Lions (1-9) were led by Johnny Perry Jr., who ran for 100 yards and a touchdown.  Donovon Flahert passed for 153 yards and a score.

Macalester, which snaps a four-game skid, goes for its second win in a row next Saturday (Nov. 9) when it plays at Augsburg.
