ST. PAUL, Minn. – Ten members of the Macalester College football team were inducted into the 2026 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society, the NFF & College Hall of Fame announced today. The NFF Hampshire Honor Society recognizes college football players who have distinguished themselves both academically and athletically.
Macalester's honorees are
Max Clifford (Arvada, Colo./Pomona),
Riley Cogan (Loveland, Colo./Mountain View),
Jacob Degnan (Kansas City, Mo./The Pembroke Hill School),
Justus DeLoach (St. Paul, Minn./Como Park),
Christian Jones (St. Paul, Minn./Johnson),
Tommy McKissick (Denver, Colo./Kent Denver School),
Noel Raehl (Chicago, Ill./Whitney M. Young Magnet),
Issam Rafidi (Oak Forest, Ill./Oak Forest),
Vasco Sierra (Chicago, Ill./DePaul College Prep), and
Jude Wallin (Wayne, Pa./Radnor).
Requirements for membership into the NFF Hampshire Honor Society include being a starter or significant contributor in one's last year of eligibility, achieving a 3.2 cumulative grade point average and meeting all NCAA/NAIA-mandated progress towards degree requirements. A record number of 2,596 players from 365 schools across all three NCAA divisions and the NAIA qualified for membership in the 20th anniversary of the program.
