Macalester vs. Gustavus Adolphus box score

Longtime MIAC powerhouse Gustavus, going for its 24th straight conference title, toppled Macalester 9-0 Saturday afternoon in St. Peter.  The Scots 2-2 on the season, lose their league opener to the Central Region's No. 7-ranked squad.

The Gusties, now 5-2 on the season and 4-0 in the MIAC, faced some challenges from the Scots, who played well in both doubles and singles play.

Macalester plays St. Olaf on Friday (Feb. 24) at the Owatonna Tennis Center.
