SARTELL, Minn. – The Macalester College women's golf team kicked off the 2021 fall season at the CSB Invite, held at Blackberry Ridge Golf Course. The Scots finished ninth out of 12 teams in the team standings.

Senior Kiwa Anisman (Yountville, Calif./Vintage) was the low scorer for Macalester, shooting a two-round score of 165 to tie for 16th. Senior Tenley Smith (Williamstown, Mass./Mount Greylock Regional) was close behind, tying for 19th with a score of 167. Fellow senior Emma Iverson (Northfield, Minn./Northfield) finished in 48th, while sophomore Phebe Chen (South Barrington, Ill./Barrington) closed out the Scots' top four in 49th place.

Macalester will play in the UW-Eau Claire Invitational on Sept. 11-12 at the Eau Claire Golf & Country Club.
