Box Score  ST. PAUL, Minn.- The Macalester women's tennis team lost to Carleton College 8-1 today. 

The Scots only win came in doubles. Sophomore Laurel Hickey (Chatham, N.J./Chatham) and senior Della Brown (Chicago, Ill./Univ. Of Chicago Laboratory School) won 8-4 against their opponents. No. 1 singles Hickey lost in straight sets as did sophomore Natali Sorajja (Rochester, Minn./Mayo) in the No. 2 spot. 

The Scots return to play Saturday, Apr. 6, against Hamline University in Minneapolis, Minn.
