SARTELL, Minn. -- Lily Stein went to a super tie breaker at three singles but emerged with Macalester's lone win in an 8-1 loss to Saint Benedict at the Fitness Evolution Tennis Center.

Stein dropped her first set in singles competition, 6-1, but responded with a 7-6 (7-4) win in the second set and then won the super tie breaker, 10-5. Saturday, Stein suffered the reverse as she won her first set in the Scots' loss to Saint Mary's before dropping the second set and losing in a super tie breaker.

Macalester is idle this week and does not return to actuion until April 8, when the Scots will be at Hamline for a 4:30 p.m. match.
