Macalester vs. St. Catherine box score
Macalester won at the first four positions in the singles lineup, but host St. Catherine took everything else to edge the Scots 5-4 Sunday afternoon.
Stephanie Lee (Sr., Camarillo, Calif. / Oaks Christian) won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles;
Amanda Wenzel (Sr., Green Bay, Wis. / Southwest) won 6-4, 6-1 at No. 2;
Paige Schaefer (Fy., Madison, Wis. / East) won 6-4, 6-4; and at No. 4 singles,
Abby Citrin (Jr., Rye Brook, N.Y. / Blind Brook) won 6-1, 6-2.
The Scots are back in action Wednesday (April 14) when they play host to MIAC rival Hamline at 6 p.m. at Hayden Tennis Courts.
