ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College men's swimming & diving team hosted St. Olaf in a dual and outscored the Oles by 81 points Saturday afternoon at Riley Pool. The Scots won 13 of 16 events to win, 173.5 to 92.5.
The first event, the 200-yard medley relay, ended in a tie, with both teams posting the identical time of 1:40.14. Sophomore

Thomas Moore (Philadelphia, Pa./Science Leadership Academy) combined to win the 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:16.12.
Individually, first year
William Haby (Denver, Colo./George Washington) won a pair of events, taking the 1000-yard freestyle in 10:06.09, and the 400-yard individual medley in 4:25.09. Batsaikahn won both the 100-yard breaststroke (1:00.22) and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:14.60), while Moore placed first in the 200-yard freestyle (1:47.18) and the 100-yard freestyle (48.56). Kisker captured the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 22.08 and finished third in the 100 free in 50.29. Junior
Adam Schroeder (Altadena, Calif./St. Francis) also posted a winning effort in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:18.04.
Sophomore
Dylan Herlihy (Reading, Mass./Phillips Academy Andover) placed first in both diving events, registering scores of 201.45 on the 1-meter board and 191.45 on the 3-meter board.
Sophomore
Will St. John (McGaheysville, Va./East Rockingham) posted two runner-up finishes to Batsaikhan in the 100 (1:03.08) and 200 (2:16.50) breaststroke. Palli finished second in the 200 free (1:50.20) and the 500 free (5:22.60) while taking third in the 50 free. Third-place finishes were turned in by Meretta in the 100-yard backstroke and the 100 fly; senior
Brian Pryzby (Skokie, Ill./Niles West) in the 200-yard butterfly; senior
Will Nicholson (North Yarmouth, Maine/Greely) in the 200-yard backstroke; and junior
Ryan McNeff (Seattle, Wash./Roosevelt) in the 400 IM.
Macalester hosts Grinnell College in the final home meet of the season on Saturday, Jan. 27. The Scots will recognize their seniors before the meet, which begins at 11:00 a.m. at Riley Pool.
