ST. PAUL, Minn. – The outdoor campaign begins this weekend for the Macalester women's track & field team. The Scots will travel to Waverly, Iowa to compete at the Wartburg Outdoor Select April 1-2.
 
The Scots will then return to St. Paul, Minn. on April 7, to compete at the St. Thomas Invite. Macalester will travel the next two weekends, racing at the CSB/SJU Multi in Collegeville, Minn. on April 15 and then the Carleton Relays in Northfield, Minn. on April 22. On April 29, the Scots host the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational. A quick trip to Hamline for the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 5 rounds out competition before the MIAC Outdoor Championships May 12-13 in Arden Hills, Minn. hosted by Bethel.
 
Following the championships, Macalester will compete at the UW-La Crosse Qualifier, before qualifying athletes compete at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, May 25-27 in Rochester, N.Y.
