ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College women's soccer team will kick off the 2022 schedule with three straight home games, starting with the opener against Northland on Sept. 1. The Scots will take the field this fall with a new head coach, as
Madeline Buckley was hired in December to lead Macalester.
A busy first weekend has the Scots hosting Lawrence on Saturday, Sept. 3, and UW-Oshkosh on Labor Day, Sept. 5. After a non-conference road game at UW-River Falls on Sept. 8, Macalester opens MIAC play at Concordia in Moorhead on Sept. 14. The first home conference game is Sept. 17 against Augsburg. Other home MIAC contests include St. Olaf Sept. 24 as a part of Back to Mac weekend, Hamline Oct. 1, Carleton Oct. 16 and Gustavus Oct. 29 in the regular-season finale.
The MIAC Playoffs begin on Nov. 1, with the final taking place on Nov. 5.
