Maggie Molter (Sr., Cedarburg, Wis.) broke a 1-1 by scoring her second goal of the match with just over six minutes left in regulation as the Scots picked up their second straight win, a 2-1 decision on the road over Wisconsin-Stout.  Georgia Cloepfil (Sr., Portland, Ore. / Lincoln), who netted a hat trick in Monday's win over UW-Superior, assisted on both Molter goals.

The host Blue Devils struck the first blow, going up 1-0 with a score at 10:03.  Molter tallied her first marker at 17:33 and the tally was still deadlocked 1-1 at halftime.

Macalester out-shot UW-Stout 11-6, including 9-4 in tries on net.  Molter accounted for four of her team's nine shots on goal.  Mac owned a 12-3 advantage in corner kicks taken.

Macalester is 2-1-1 on the season and kicks off MIAC competition next Wednesday (Sept. 18) at St. Thomas.
