How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has taught me a lot about time management and knowing what I value most. We don't have time to do everything, so I've learned to spend the remainder of my time doing activities that are the most important to me.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a student-athlete has given me a lot of practice dealing with ups and downs and with time management skills. Playing a sport in college allows you to get to know yourself and continue to develop skills not only related to athletic performance, but also leadership, communication, and teamwork-related skills.
