faculty and members.
To provide a comprehensive, sport specific strength and conditioning program that gives our student-athletes the opportunity to achieve their full athletic potential. We use scientific, evidence -based training principles and methods to create strength and conditioning programs that improve athleticism through increased speed, power, strength and flexibility of our student-athletes. The student athletes of Macalester will utilize free-weight, ground based, multi-joint movements; along with a holistic approach of nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle balance to achieve their goals and reduce their risk of injury.
