Logged a personal record of 9:01.17 for sixth place in the 3000m at the St. Olaf Invitational on Jan. 26-27… Logged a personal record of 4:25.12 in the Mile at the Gopher Classic on Feb. 3.

Received Academic All-MIAC honors.

Outdoor
Competed in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Logged a personal record of 4:06.40 in the 1500m for fourth place at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 5.

Indoor
Competed in the Mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24.

2022
Outdoor
Ran the 1500m in 4:15.48 at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 6... Placed seventh in the 5000m run with a time of 17:01.50 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 30.

Indoor
Placed second in the 3000m with a time of 9:41.90 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 19... Ran the Mile in 4:48.46 at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 22.

Before Mac
Most improved award recipient at Shorewood High School... Received the spirit award twice... Ran a 5k in 17:33 at Shorewood... Badger Boys award recipient... Honor Roll.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I liked the atmosphere of the campus and was excited by the opportunity to run.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Macalester has meant getting to continue to improve as a runner on a team full of my closest friends.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a student athlete has taught me the importance of balance in my life. Succeeding in any facet of my life motivates me to succeed in all other facets both personal and academic.
