Outdoor
Competed at seven Scots meets… Placed second in the hammer throw (48.92 meters) and in the discus (39.46 meters) at the Carleton Relays on April 19… Placed third in the hammer (44.63 meters) and in the discus (43.66 meters) at the St. Olaf Ole Open on May 3.
 
Indoor
All-MIAC honorable mention with a fifth-place finish in the weight throw with a 15.90 meter toss at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Competed at six meets for the Scots… Set the school record in the weight throw with a 16.04 meter toss for second place at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic… Won the weight throw (15.82 meters) and placed third in the shot put (12.22 meters) at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8… Won the weight throw (15.33 meters) and placed second in the shot put (12.11 meters) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25.

2024
Received Academic All-MIAC honors.

Outdoor
Competed in the shot put and discus throw at the MIAC Indoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed fifth in the hammer throw with a personal record of 47.56m (156’ 0”) at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3… Logged a personal record of 12.90m (42’ 4”)  in the shot put for seventh at the Wartburg Outdoor Select on April 5-6.

Indoor
Competed in the shot put and weight throw at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Won the weight throw with a personal record mark of 14.91m (48’ 11”) and placed third in the shot put (12.04m (39’ 6”)) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17… Won the weight throw (14.06m (46’ 1.5”)) and placed third in the shot put (12.09m (39’ 8”)) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.

2023
Outdoor
Competed in the shot put and discus throw at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed second in the shot put (12.42m (40’ 9”)) and sixth in the discus throw (37.35m (122’ 6”)) at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 5… Logged a personal record of 40.61m (133’ 3”) at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational on May 3.

Indoor
Competed in the weight throw at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Won the shot put (12.84m (42’ 1.5”)) and placed third in the weight throw (13.03m (42’ 9”)) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11… Placed fifth in the weight throw (13.19m (43’ 3.25”)) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18.

Before Mac
Received second team All-League running back honors in 2021… Named All-League honorable mention linebacker in 2020… Placed second at 2022 District Track & Field meet in Discus and qualified for state… IB Diploma Recipient… National Honor Society.
 
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I wanted to start my own journey, deliberately choosing a location that none of my family was familiar with and the school seemed to be a hub of diverse intellectuals with a caring atmosphere.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Playing sports in college has made me realize how important they are to me. I have started to learn what true discipline is, and how to build a lifestyle around my academic and athletic goals.
