ST. PAUL, Minn. – Macalester College is hosting a new event this fall - Mac Fest, which is a combination of the traditions of Family Fest and Back to Mac. Several Macalester Athletics events are included in the Mac Fest festivities. On Friday, we will honor five new inductees into the Macalester Hall of Fame at the 42nd annual Hall of Fame Dinner, which begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Alexander G. Hill Ballroom in Kagin Commons. Saturday's events start with the women's soccer team hosting St. Scholastica at 12:00 p.m., followed by the men's soccer game against the Saints at 2:30 p.m. The M Club will be grilling free Scot Dogs, burgers and veggie burgers from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., with food trucks and the social garden opening at 2:00 p.m. The Macalester football team closes out the day's festivities with a MIAC game against Bethel at 7:00 p.m.
