ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College men's and women's swimming and diving squads have been named Scholar All-America teams by the College Swimming Coaches of America Association (CSCAA), the organization announced today. A total of 762 teams were honored.

The Macalester men's team recorded a 3.71 team GPA for the 2019 fall semester, which ranks second behind Swathmore among men's Division III teams. The Macalester women's team registered a team GPA of 3.57 during the fall.

In order to qualify as a Scholar All-America Team, teams must achieve at least a 3.0 grade point average for the 2019 fall semester.
