NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The Macalester College women's soccer team dropped a MIAC game at St. Olaf, 2-0 Saturday afternoon at Rolf Melby Field. The Scots are now 4-4-2 overall and 1-3-2 in league play, while the Oles improve to 7-5, 5-1 MIAC.
Mackenzie Schoustra opened the scoring for St. Olaf with a goal off a corner kick in the 11th minute. The score remained 1-0 until Kaylyn Billmeyer converted a penalty kick in the 70th minute to make it a two-goal lead. Macalester managed just one shot on goal, as the Oles built a 16-10 advantage in shots taken for the game.

Rachel Wilson-King (Tucson, Ariz./St. Gregory College Prep School) recorded five saves for the Scots, while Brynne Davis made one save for St. Olaf.
Macalester hosts Augsburg in another MIAC match on Tuesday, Oct. 10, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Macalester Stadium.
