WINONA, Minn. – The Macalester College volleyball team fell to Saint Mary's University on the road, 25-21, 25-20, 25-17 in a MIAC match Saturday afternoon. The Scots drop to 9-16 overall and 1-8 in league play, while the Cardinals improve to 22-4, 6-3 MIAC.

India Medaris (Napa, Calif./Justin Siena) led the Scots with 14 kills, including six in the second set, and a hitting percentage of .364. Senior middle hitter
Caitlyn O'Neil (Carmichael, Calif./Rio Americano) added five kills without an error in 14 attempts (.357). Seniors

Saint Mary's was led by Brandi Blattner with 16 kills.
Macalester continues MIAC play with a home match against Bethel University on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Game time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the Leonard Center.
