Two goals from Georgia Cloepfil (Sr., Portland, Ore. / Lincoln) and one goal apiece from Bonnie Gale (Jr., Anchorage, Alaska / South Anchorage) and Lydia Chodosh (So., Los Angeles, Calif. / Culver City) gave Macalester a 4-1 win over Luther (Ia.) on a cold day in St. Paul.  The Scots are on a seven-match winning streak and improve to 10-3-1 on the season.

Cloepfil, who  has two-goal efforts in three straight games, put the home side on the board in the 13th minute.  This was her team-best 13th score of the year.  Gale netted her eighth of the season to make the score 2-0 in the 24th minute, and less than two minutes later, Mac went up 3-0 on Chodosh goal, her third of the campaign. 

Cloepfil's 34th career goal at Macalester made it 4-0 at 44:36.  With 34 career goals, Cloepfil is along in the No. 6 position on the program's all-time chart.

Mac out-shot the Norse 14-7 and led 6-4 in shots on net.

The Scots play Saturday (Oct. 26) at St. Catherine.
