Macalester vs. Gustavus box scores: Game 1 | Game 2

Visiting Gustavus Adolphus kept its hold on second place in the MIAC standings, slugging its way to 13-0 and 18-2 wins over the Scots in St. Paul. The Gusties put together one big inning in each game, crossing the plate six times in the opening frame of game one and 10 times to put things away in the third innings of the nightcap.

Katie Fuller (Fy., Boulder, Colo.) went 3-for-5 from the plate in the two games and Cleo Nagy (Fy., Eugene, Ore. / Henry D. Sheldon) went 2-for-4 with a double to lead the way for Macalester. Hayley Reeves (Sr., Oberlin, Ohio) had an RBI single in the second game.

The Scots play at No. 21-ranked and first-place St. Thomas on Saturday (April 30) at 1 p.m.
