Macalester vs. St. Olaf statistics

No. 13-ranked St. Olaf topped Macalester in three sets Wednesday in Northfield, out-scoring the Scots 25-10, 25-6 and 25-15. The Scots are now 8-9 on the season and 0-2 in the MIAC. St. Olaf jumps up to 11-3 overall, 2-0 in league play.

The Scots were held to 17 kills as St. Olaf collected 49 digs. The Oles attacked at a .395 rate.

Glasha Marcon (So., Richmond, Calif. / Albany) served a pair of aces and collected six digs for the Scots. Taylor Tinkham (Jr., St. Louis Park, Minn.) jumped for four blocks, while collecting three each for Macalester were Laura Avena (Fy., Cesis, Latvia / Riga Gimnasium #1) and Majra Mucic (Sr., Zenica, Bosnia / St. Louis Park – Minn.), who led the hitters with seven kills.
