Why did you choose Macalester?
I chose Macalester for many reasons, but when it came down to it: international focus, intimate size, happiness of students, new location, and opportunity to pursue many interests and activities - within the school or the Twin Cities.

What other activities are you involved in at Macalester and in the community?
I am the president of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC), I am on the Bodacious hip-hop dance team, and am on the Institute of Global Citizenship Student Council.

Do you have any unique talents, did you have a interesting internship this summer, have you invented something interesting?
Before I started playing volleyball I was very involved in the performing arts: dance, choir, theater, piano, etc... I try to make time to get back to my creative roots, and love that I have the opportunities to do so at Macalester.
