Complete Macalester vs. St. Mary's results

Macalester hosted St. Mary's in an MIAC dual meet Friday night at the Riley Pool and earned a 132-95 victory over the Cardinals.  Four Scots produced a pair of first-place efforts to lead the way.

Renee Jordan (Fy., Anchorage, Ak. / Steller Secondary School) won the diving competition on the 1-meter board (194.50) and 3-meter board (206.45). Becca Galey (Fy., Sault St. Marie, Mich. / Mercersburg Academy) took first in the 1000-yard freestyle (11:54.19) and 100-yard butterfly (1:08.51).

Suzanne Oh (So., Waukesha, Wis.) won both the 50 free (26.38) and 100 free (58.64), and Claire Eder (Sr., Evanston, Ill. / Evanston Township) placed first in the 200-yard individual medley (2:29.51) and 100 backstroke (1:06.87). Macalester also received a first-place swim in the 200 free from Katie Havranek (Sr., Denver, Colo. / East) (2:13.78).

Winning the 200-yard medley relay (1:59.87) were Eder, Jordan, Kiersten Yeazel (Sr., Shorewood, Wis.) and Oh.

The Scots host the Roger Ahlman Invitational tomorrow at Riley Pool. Diving events start at 9 a.m. and the swimming competition starts at 1 p.m.
