Redlands doubled up on Macalester 12-6 Tuesday in Redlands, California. The Scots are now 2-4 on their Spring Break trip to Southern California and 4-4 on the season. The Bulldogs, who are ranked No. 7 in Division III, are 8-11.

Claire Eder (So., Evanston, Ill. / Evanston Township) scored Macalester's first three goals and played a strong game defensively. Bailey Gucinski (Fy., Chicago, Ill. / Waubonsie Valley) earned five ejections during the game and goalkeeper Sofia Shaw (Sr., Tacoma, Wash. / Stadium) also had a big game, tallying 14 saves to go along with three stolen balls.

Eder also contributed a assist and three stolen balls and Gucinski added an assist and two steals. Sarah Ellerton (Jr., Suffield, Conn. / Suffield Academy) netted a goal to go along with an assists, two earned ejections and a team-high seven steals.

The Scots play tomorrow at Occidental College in Los Angeles.
