Emily Matthews (Jr., Fort Collins, Colo.) won the 200- and 400-meter dash events to lead the way for the Macalester women’s track and field team at Carleton's Meet of the Hearts in Northfield. Matthews won the 200-meter dash in 27.48 and won the 400 dash in 61.63. She was first out of 19 entrants in the 200 and first of seven in the 400.
