Angie Horner (So., Bismarck, N.D. / Century) went 2-0 in singles play and 2-0 in doubles competition over the weekend (April 25-26) at the MIAC playoffs in St. Peter. Horner wrapped up the most successful singles season in program history when she beat the top players from Carleton 6-1, 7-5 and St. Thomas 6-3, 6-1, to conclude her sophomore campaign with a 19-1 record – all at No. 1. Horner and doubles partner Stephanie Lee also went 2-0 over the weekend with 8-6 and 9-8 triumphs to finish at 18-2 on the year at No. 1 doubles.
