Macalester College Athletics

Holly Schiedermayer (Sr., Waupaca, Wis.) came a rebound short of posting three double-doubles last week, and averaged 21.0 ponts and 11.3 rebounds to lead Macalester to a 2-1 MIAC week.  The senior center turned in career high marks of 26 points and 13 rebounds in a 71-56 home win over St. Benedict.  Schiedermayer contributed 14 points, nine boards and six assists in Macalester’s 64-52 loss at Concordia.  She capped off the week with a 23-point, 12-rebound performance in a 61-60 comeback victory at Hamline, scoring the decisive point on a free throw with :20 left.
