Aspen enters her second season with the Macalester Volleyball program in 2016. Previously, Aspen served as a varsity assistant coach at Eau Claire North High School and was also heavily involved in the Eau Claire Club program.
During her time at North, the team was a three-time Wisconsin state qualifier and secured four conference championships.
Aspen played collegiately at the University of Wisconsin – Stout where she was a standout performer. A four-year letter-winner and captain, she was a member of the 2004 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament Championship team that also finished with a successful Sweet 16 finish in the NCAA Division III Tournament.
A Human Development and Family Studies major at UW Stout, Aspen’s scholarly work was published in the Journal of Student Research, with her article, “Attitudes Regarding Visible Body Modification in the Hiring Practice.”
Aspen currently works at Oracle Corporation in Minneapolis and serves as a solutions consultant. She attained her master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resources in 2013.
