Lindsey Weaver joined the Macalester coaching staff as an assistant volleyball coach in the fall of 2018. She brings 12 years of experience as a women's volleyball coach.
Weaver was most recently the girls’ head volleyball coach at the International School of Prague, where her teams earned five gold medals, one silver medal, and a bronze medal in the Central Eastern European School Association (CEESA) championships. Prior to this, she coached both volleyball and track and field at Sturgis Charter School in Cape Cod, Mass., and The American School of Japan in Tokyo, Japan. Weaver has 12 years of experience as a coach with Midwest Volleyball Instructors camps and clinics, where she has coached over 2000 athletes across Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Weaver graduated from Luther College in 2012, where she is the record holder for number of career digs. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Luther and currently works at Great River School in St. Paul as a high school mathematics teacher.
