Competed at seven meets… Broke the school record in the 1500 meter with a 3:50.05 finish to place fourth at the UW-Lacrosse Final Qualifier on May 14… Finished second in the 1500 in 3:59.80 at the Carleton Relays… Logged a 1:58.12 in the 800 to earn third in the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational.
 
Indoor
Earned All-North Region honors as a member of the distance medley relay team… Ran at five meets… Earned All-MIAC honors as a member of the second-place distance medley relay team that clocked a 10:18.41 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Placed second in the 800 meter (1:57.23) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21… Claimed second in the mile in 4:39.87) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25.

2024
Outdoor
Competed in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed second in the 1500m (4:00.21) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 25-27… Logged a personal record of 1:57.06 in the 800m at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC honors as a part of the distance medley relay team that broke the school record with a time of 10:17.61 to place second at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Placed third in the 3000m (8:56.38) at the St. Olaf Invitational on Jan. 26-27… Placed fourth in the 1000m (2:36.66) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.

2023
Outdoor
Won a MIAC Championship with a personal record of 3:54.00 in the 1500m and earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x800m relay team that placed fourth (7:55.45) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed second in the 800m (1:57.68) at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 5… Placed fourth in the 1500m (4:01.51) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC honors as a part of the distance medley relay team that placed second (10:34.51) and earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a personal record of 8:36.26 for fifth place at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Logged a personal record of 4:22.98 for second place in the Mile at the St. Olaf Invitational on Jan. 28… Placed second in the 3000m (8:42.46) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 21.

2022
Outdoor
Ran the 800m in 2:08.33 at the Tomcat Twilight on April 13... Registered a time of 4:21.50 in the 1500m at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 30.

Indoor
Won the 3000m in 9:15.40 at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4... Ran the Mile in 4:33.31 at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 12... Ran the 1000m in 2:42.91 at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 22.

Before Mac
Ran a 4:40 mile at Northampton High School... Varsity cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field... Vice President of his National Honors Society chapter... Student Union member... AP Scholar with distinction.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I'm in love with the international awareness, focus on community engagement, and the powerful loving nature of the school and its students.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My friends and some professors at Macalester are a second family to me.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
I think the apples rotting right to the core from all the things passed down from all the apples coming before I split the apple down symmetrical lines and what I find is kind of scary makes me just wanna drive drive drive drive.
