Indoor
 MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x200 Relay... Finished fifth-place in the 60meter Hurdles at the M City Classic in 8.63... Had a third-place finish at the St Olaf Invitational in the 60-meter Hurdles in 8.72... Had a great Valentines Day by finishing second-place in the 55-meter Hurtles (8.09) and finishing third-place in the 55 meters... Stole Sixth-place at the MIAC Indoor Conference Championship by finishing the 55-meter Hurtles in 7.96.

 Outdoor 
Ran in seven meets for the Scots... Finished in fifth-place in the 110-meter hurdles at the Hamline Invitational in 15.63... Secured another fifth-place finish at the Gene Glader invite in the 4x100 (44.33)... Ran a strong second-place finish at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff invitational with a 15.78 in the 100-meter hurdles... In the last meet of the season, ran a 4x100 and came in second-place as a team with a 44.41 finish at the St. Olaf Ole Open.

Ran at five meets for Mac… Clocked a personal best of 16.02 in the 110 meter hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Placed second in the 110 meter hurdles in 16.25 at the Carleton Relays on April 19.
 
Indoor
Ran at five meets for Macalester… Clocked a personal best of 8.84 in the 60 meter hurdles at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21… Logged a third-place finish in the 60 hurdles with an 8.98 time at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25.

2024
Named to the Academic All-MIAC team.

Outdoor
Competed in the 110m hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Logged a personal record of 16.35 in the 110m hurdles for seventh at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational on May 1.

Indoor
Logged a personal record of 8.87 in the 60m hurdles at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Won the 55m hurdles (8.25) and ran with the 4x200m relay team that placed second (1:37.07) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10… Placed third in the 60m hurdles (8.94) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17.

2023
Outdoor
Competed in the 110m hurdles, triple jump and 4x100m relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed fourth in the triple jump (12.19m (40’ 0”)) at the Meet of the UnSaintly… Placed fourth in the 110m hurdles (16.63) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29.

Indoor
Logged a personal record of 12.24m (40’ 2”) in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Placed second in the 55m hurdles (8.61) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

Before Mac
Received OSAA All-State Honorable Mention… Placed eighth in triple jump at the 4A OSAA State Championships… League champion in the triple jump… Placed second and qualified for state at the League Championships in the 110m hurdles… Four-year varsity soccer athlete… Team captain for soccer at Valley Catholic High School… Received First Team All-League honors in soccer… Valedictorian… NMS Finalist… Biology Department Student of the Year… Received the Academic Writing award… Received the Orchestra Plaque/Student of the Year award.
