Named to the Academic All-MIAC team.
Outdoor
Competed in the 5000m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Won the 5000m (16:29.48) at the Saint John’s Invitational on April 20-21… Placed second in the 1500m with a personal record of 4:15.88 at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3.
Indoor
Logged a personal record in the Mile at the Gopher Classic on Feb. 3.
2022
Received Academic All-MIAC honors.
Indoor
Ran the Mile in 4:46.16 at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 22... Ran the 3000m in 9:19.19 at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 12.
2021
Outdoor
Ran the 1500m in 4:17.71 at the Ole Open on May 8... Finished the 5000m in a time of 16:30.40 at the St. Olaf Invitational on April 9.

All Conference Cross Country Senior Year… All Conference Honorable Mention Track Sophomore and Junior Year.

My experience as a student-athlete has helped me connect with a wide group of dedicated, driven, and all-around wonderful people on the teams I participate in, who have helped make me the person I am today.
