Academic All-District... Academic All-MIAC...
Indoor
MIAC All-Conference in the 3k... MIAC Honorable Mention in the Distance Medley Relay... Finished fifth in the 3000 at the St. Olaf Invitational in 8:46.73... Finished second-place at the Gopher classic in the mile with a 4:20.93 run.... Won the mile race at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic in 4:22.52... Had a pair of top-5 finishes at the MIAC Indoor Conference Championship by finishing third in the 3000 (8:38.51) and fourth as part of the Distance relay (10:24.74). 

Outdoor
Ran a 3:58.71 1500m at the Hamline Invitational for fifth place... Logged another fifth-place finish in the 1500 at the Carleton Relays (4:02.94)... Finished in third-place at the Janis Rider/Dough Bolstorff Invitational with a 4:01.03 finish... Ran the 1500 in 3:55.97 and the 5k in 15:16.10 at the MIAC Outdoor Championship for seventh and eighth respectively.

Claimed Academic All-MIAC honors.
 
Outdoor
Ran at six meets… Logged a personal best of 3:59.22 in the 1500 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Registered another personal best of 15:30.30 in the 5000 at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational at Macalester on April 24-26.
 
Indoor
Raced at three meets for the Scots… Ran the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Logged a personal record of 4:30.89 in the mile at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21.

2024
Outdoor
Registered a personal record of 4:14.75 in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed third in the 1500m (4:17.46) at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3.

Indoor
Ran in one race in his debut indoor season.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My leadership, relationship-building, and discipline have all grown tremendously during my time as a student-athlete at Mac, and are traits that will greatly help me in my post-collegiate career.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Macalester has meant an incredible amount. The support I have received, both within and outside of athletics, has been wonderful. Because of that support, I've been able to grow immensely as a student, athlete, and person.
