Also competes for the Men's Cross Country team … Cross Country and Track & Field team captain … Named to All-Central Region team for the 800 meter run in 2017 … Studied abroad in Mongolia during fall 2016
2016: Placed 6th in the 800 at the MIAC indoor championships, also earning a top seven finish in the 600 meter dash
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
The great academic environment in addition to the top notch athletic facilities. The fantastic location of the Twin Cities and all of the opportunities they have to offer.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
I can run faster, jump higher, and hold my breath longer than ever before. All of these accomplishments I accredit to my liberal arts education.
