Outdoor
Participated in the 400m hurdles and javelin throw at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Logged a personal record of 46.02m (151’ 0”) in the javelin throw for seventh place at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational on May 3… Registered a personal record of 59.37 in the 400m hurdles at the Norse Invite on April 15.

Indoor
Competed in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Placed third in the triple jump with a personal record of 11.67m (38’ 3.5”) and ran with the 4x400m relay team that placed third (3:36.75) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18.

2022
Received Academic All-MIAC honors.
Outdoor
Set a personal record in the javelin throw, taking second with a mark of 45.08m (147' 11") at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 30... Placed third and set a personal record in the 400m hurdles (59.76) at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 6.

Indoor
Placed third in the 200m Dash with a time of 25.26 at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4... Member of the 4x200m relay team that placed third (1:37.14) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 22... Ran the 400m Dash in 55.33 at the Saint John's/Saint Benedict Alumni Meet on Jan. 29.

Outdoor
Threw for 41.30m in Javelin Throw at the Ole Open on May 8... Competed on the 4x400m relay team that finished in a time of 3:42.74 at the St. Olaf Invite on April 9.

2020
Indoor
Completed the 600m Run in 1:27.71 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 22... Ran the 200m Dash in 25.11 at the Saint John's/Saint Benedict Alumni Meet on Jan. 25... Finished the 400m Dash in 54.17 at the UW-River Falls Winter Classic on Feb. 1... Competed on the 4x200m relay team who finished in 1:38.25 at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7... Part of the 4x400m relay ream that finished in a time of 3:35.64 at the UW-River Falls Winter Classic on Feb. 1.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
The guidance I’ve received from my coaches and teammates over the years has extended far beyond athletics, and has been invaluable to my development as a person. Through my Macalester athletics experience I have gained confidence, made lifelong friends, and learned important lessons that have prepared me for life after college. I don’t like writing corny stuff but there’s no other way to adequately express the positive impact this experience has had on my life.
