Outdoor
Ran at seven meets… Earned All-MIAC honors as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed third in 3:18.36 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Won the 400 meter in a program eighth-best 50.12 and with the 4x400 meter relay team in 3:19.44 at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational on April 24-26… Clocked a personal best 1:55.21 in the 800 meter at the Bethel Invitational on April 12.
 
Indoor
Ran at seven meets…  MIAC Champion in the 600 meters in 1:21.68, the second-best time in program history… Named All-North Region as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed second in a school third-best 10:18.41 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Won with the 4x400 meter relay team (3:33.86) and placed second in the 800 meter (2:01.88) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25… Placed second in the 600 meter (1:24.02) and with the 4x400 team (3:31.50) at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8.

Outdoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 4x800m team that placed sixth (8:01.19) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed second in the 400m with a personal record of 50.94 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 25-27… Placed sixth in the 800m with a personal record of 1:57.91 at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC honors as a part of the distance medley relay team that placed second with a school-record time of 10:17.61 and earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x400m relay team that earned fifth (3:27.10) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Part of the 4x400m relay team that placed first (3:31.60) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10… Placed second (1:25.74) in the 600m at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17.

Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x800m relay team that placed fourth (7:55.45) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed seventh in the 800m with a time of 1:59.95 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:29.19) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Earned second place in the 600m with a time of 1:27.57 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Jan. 28… Placed fourth in the 400m with a time of 53.60 at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention, placing third in the 4x400m Relay with a time of 3:26.56 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Also earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the Distance Medley Relay, placing sixth (10:48.23) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25... Won the 600m Run in 1:27.87 at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4.

Before Mac
Ran a 5k with a time of 16:21 at Como Park High School... Ran the 800m in a time of 1:56... Participated in the state cross country meet.
