Finished the Mile in 4:38.75 at the St. Olaf Invitational for 10th place... Ran the Gopher classic 3000 in 9:09.09 for 12th place... Ran a mile in the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic for 10th place in 4:33.85... Competed in the MIAC Indoor Conference Championship by placing 19th in the mile with a 4:33.91 run and placing 22nd in the 3000 with a 9:00.16. 

Outdoor
Finished the 5000 at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational in 15:24.38 in sixth-place... Competed at the University of St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invite by running in the 5000 in 15:24.38 and finishing sixth. 

2024 
Named to the Academic All-MIAC team.
Outdoor
Competed in the 1500m and 5000m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed second in the 1500m (4:02.38) at the Minnesota State Open on April 12-13… Placed sixth in the 5000m with a personal record of 15:35.35 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational.

Indoor
Logged a personal record in the Mile (4:27.55) and the 3000m (8:57.57) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Placed fourth in the Mile (4:28.81) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10… Placed sixth in the 3000m (8:58.84) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17.

2023
Outdoor
Registered a personal record in the 10,000m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed eighth in the 5000m at the St. Thomas Tomcat Invitational on April 7.

Indoor
Raced at three meets in his debut indoor season.

Before Mac
Set a personal record in the 1500m his senior year at Grant High School… Received the Oregon Seal of Biliteracy in French… Named Doree Jarboe Inspirational award.
 
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I loved the campus, the interesting courses offered, and the school community.
