Competed in the 1500m and 5000m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed second in the 1500m (4:02.38) at the Minnesota State Open on April 12-13… Placed sixth in the 5000m with a personal record of 15:35.35 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational.
Indoor
Logged a personal record in the Mile (4:27.55) and the 3000m (8:57.57) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Placed fourth in the Mile (4:28.81) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10… Placed sixth in the 3000m (8:58.84) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17.

Outdoor
Registered a personal record in the 10,000m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed eighth in the 5000m at the St. Thomas Tomcat Invitational on April 7.
Indoor
Raced at three meets in his debut indoor season.
Before Mac
Set a personal record in the 1500m his senior year at Grant High School… Received the Oregon Seal of Biliteracy in French… Named Doree Jarboe Inspirational award.
