Indoor
All-Conference in the 1000-meters... Finished third in the 600 at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic with 1:21.99... Ran the second-fastest 800-meter at the St. Olaf inviational in 1:53.39... Won the 1000 at the Carleton Meet of Hearts with a 2:27.43... Finished first in the Snowshoe open in the 800 with a 1:52.48... Competed at the MIAC Indoor Conference Championship, finishing in seventh-place in teh 800 (1:57.01), second-place in the 1000 (2:27.47) and ran on a relay team finishing in eighth-place in the 4x400 (3:29.53)

Outdoor
Ran the 1500 at the Carleton Relays, finishing first-place with a 3:58.82 time... Finished in seventh-place at the Gary Wilson Invitational in the 800-meter in 1:56.03.

2025
Outdoor
Claimed All-Region North honors in the 800… Earned All-MIAC honors with a third-place finish in the 800 meter (1:51.97) and with the 4x400 meter relay team (3:18.36) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Won the 800 in a school record 1:51.70 at the Meet of the UnSaintly on April 30… Won the 800 at the Bethel Invitational on April 12… Ran with the winning 4x400 meter relay team at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational on April 24-26.

Indoor
Named MIAC Rookie of the Year for men’s indoor track & field… Earned All-North Region honors in the 800… Ran at six meets in his debut season… MIAC champion in the 800 meter with a 1:54.53 finish and earned MIAC honorable mention with a fourth-place personal record of 1:22.02 in the 600 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1…  Set the school record of 1:53.57 in the 800 meter at the Wartburg Qualifier on March 7-8… Won the 800 meter at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8… Won the 600 meter and ran with the winning 4x400 meter relay team at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25.
